Weaving Program
The Hawlemont Elementary School Hawlemont, Agriculture, and You (HAY) program is continuing to enrich our students learning opportunities by creating a weaving studio. We have been fortunate in being gifted 24 weaving looms over the last two years, plus yarns, tools, and equipment. Because of the community's generous donations, we created a larger space designated towards the art of weaving. The school curriculum presently intertwines agriculture throughout all the basic subjects taught. Check out the new weaving studio below!
